The “Op” Family

The “Op” Family is the fourth out of ten units of study in the Fun Families Library. This unit explores simple CVC words centered on the short/o/ and /p/ sounds. Ten activities provide a myriad of exposure to six basic vocabulary words (cop, pop, stop, mop, hop top) and four sight words (someone, person, cannot, what).

This unit could last one to two months depending on the level of the students. The unit contains all the materials, music, books, and movements to keep your students engaged and participating in every lesson.
